How do I move my records to a new phone?

With automatic iCloud backup on (Settings → Data), just install Kratos XT on the new phone, signed in to the same iCloud account: the welcome screen offers to restore your latest backup in one tap.

Otherwise, on the old phone open Settings → Back up now and save the backup file to Files, iCloud Drive or AirDrop it. On the new phone, install Kratos XT and choose Settings → Restore from backup.

Can I change the currency?

Yes. Settings → App currency sets the currency new records start in. If older records were saved in another currency, Kratos XT offers to move them. Amounts stay exactly as you entered them; nothing is converted.

Kilometres or miles, litres or gallons?

Choose your units under Settings → Units. Consumption can be shown as L/100 km, km/L or mpg (US or UK).

Why don’t I get reminders?

Check that notifications are on under Settings → Reminders and in the iPhone Settings app, then use Send a test notification.

Is my data uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything stays on your device. See the privacy policy.
