In the app
- Open Kratos XT and go to More → Settings → Account (or More → Share this car).
- Tap Delete account, read what happens, and confirm.
- Sign in with Apple or Google once more to prove it is you.
What is deleted
- Your account (name and email address).
- Every car you own in the cloud, with its records, photos and files. People you shared it with keep the copy on their own phones.
- Your place on cars others shared with you.
Everything on your own phone stays; to remove it too, use Settings → Erase all data or delete the app. Deletion in the cloud is immediate.
Without the app
Email support@kratosxt.bond from the address you signed in with, asking us to delete your account. We delete it, and the cars it owns, within 30 days and confirm by email. To delete a diagnostics report you sent, include its reference (it starts with KX-).
